此岗位需先在上海工作5个月

1、 提供日常高效的桌面支持和网络支持

Provide effective performance in the provision of day-to-day desktop and network IT support services

2、 根据相应要求安装台式机和笔记本电脑

Build/install new desktop and laptop PCs to the required specifications

3、 在集团IT经理和技术经理的指导下提供基于服务器端的技术支持

Provide server-based support when directed by the IS Technical Manager or Group IT Manager

4、 项总部IS技术经理建议和改善其他IT基础架构

Suggest any IT infrastructure improvements to the IS Technical Manager

5、 协助测试新的IT硬件和软件

Assist in trialling of new IT hardware and software

6、 接受和响应呼叫中心的Call，解决邮件，传真，打印，电话等一些列中国用户的IT问题

Receive and respond to helpdesk calls, emails, faxes, telephone calls and direct approaches from IT systems users and colleagues in China

7、 协助监控IT系统，确保正确级别的反病毒保护，后门软件保护，垃圾邮件过滤和软件补丁的更新。还有防止盗版软件的非法使用。

Assist in monitoring IT systems to ensure the correct level of anti-virus protection, spyware protection, spam filtering, software patching and general security – and ensure that only licensed software is used

8、 确保IT部门文档和调查列表保持跟新

Ensure that IT department documentation and inventory lists are kept up-to-date, accurate & complete

9、 确保IT系统在相关站点的数据备份和还原流程

Ensure data backup and restore procedures for IT systems at the relevant sites are adhered to

10、 负责SAP系统中所有交易和定单的确认工作

Confirm transactions in SAP system as each order is processed

11、 支持金蝶ERP软件中创建帐号，创建简单的表格，协助第三方支持公司完成技术排错，代表用户提出技术支持的请求。

Support the KingDee ERP software application by setting up user accounts, creating simple forms & reports, and assisting during stocktakes – and interact with the software’s suppliers/re-sellers for fault resolutions and queries on behalf of end-users, where needed

12、 提供对用户的IT培训

Provide end-user training (esp. creation of documentation/training notes), where appropriate

13、 协助总部解决大型的IT事件和服务中断

Help resolve any major IT incidents or service losses
