Responsibilities:
1.Manage the sales process including prospecting, quoting and record keeping.
2.Find and develop new relationships with major manufacturers within China.
3.Manage, and expand relationships with existing customers.
4.Act as primary contact for designated high profile accounts.
5.Report weekly sales activities, market growth progress, and competitive intelligence to headquarters in USA.

General Requirements:

1.Fluent in speaking, reading and writing English, ability to translate English technical data to Chinese would be desirable.
2.Bachelor Degree required, prefer engineering degree or equivalent technical training.
3.Minimum 5+ years of sales experience working with both domestic and international clients.

4.Be responsible for serving the needs of existing customers in China and actively growing sales to other Chinese companies.
5.Must be self-motivated and willing to travel approximately 25% of time.
6.Must have experience working with design engineers, purchasing agents, and management involved in specifying and procuring electric motor products.
7.Candidates must present professional appearance, be good communicators, enjoy meeting people and have good English language skills, must also posses good time management and organization skills and be very detail oriented, and be willing to locate new customers.
8.Must be proficient using standard Office software.
9.Prefer somebody with some design experience using 3D software, Solid Works, Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator etc...
10.Products include plastics, motors, PCB's, advertising products.
