Responsibilities 工作职责:

本岗位主要负责：机加工 + 装配， 请认真阅读岗位要求，不符合条件者勿投。
This position is supposed to responsible for Component + Assembly, please read the following details carefully.


1. Know well about the assembly process and ensure proper use all assembly tools and equipments.
熟知装配过程并能合理使用装配工具与设备

2. Experienced on the CNC process, be able to design and programmers for the componnet.
熟悉CNC加工中心，能熟练的进行工艺设计和流程处理，熟悉刀具的使用；

3. Be responsible for supervise and instruct to complete the assembly&production activities according to the company standards and contract requirements.
根据公司标准及合同要求，负责监管、指导机加工和装配；

4. Implement proper daily maintenance of the tools and equipments; keep the work wear and workplace clean.
负责工具与设备的日常维护；保持生产区域的整洁与干净；

5. Ensure that the assigned tasks will be completed timely based on company policy, quality standard and annual cost target.
根据公司政策、质量标准及成本预算，确保按时完成负责的工作

6. Arrange and instruct the assembly&production activities reasonably according to the production plan. Be responsible for the production quality and cost control.
根据生产计划合理地安排与指导装配和机加工生产；负责生产质量与费用控制

7. Comply strictly with the rules and regulations of the company as well as the employee handbook, and also be responsible for the implementation of subordinates.
严格遵守公司规章制度及员工手册，并负责下属员工的遵守与执行

8. Understand well the mechanical drawings and conduct proper assembly skillfully according to the drawings.
理解机械图纸并能依据图纸合理地熟练地进行装配操作

9. Offer the solutions of the production issues.
对生产问题提供有效的解决方案；


Qualifications 资质要求:

1. Bachelor degree or above, fluent English is preferred.
本科学历或以上，英语流利;

2. 5-10 years experience on production management in machinery industry.
5-10年的机械行业生产主管经验；

3. Strong communication skills, teamwork-oriented;
擅长沟通并富有团队合作精神

4. Strict working attitude, serious and responsible work, meticulous;
严谨的工作态度，强烈的责任心，处事认真仔细

5. Good coordination, know emotional management is preferred;
有较强的协调能力，了解情绪管理
