- Develop & maintain part fabrication process through effective tools (Flowchart/PFMEA/Control Plans/Capability Study/GRR) & SPC quality control tools.
- Coordinate with other departments and keep daily support / service to production, improve and maintain fabrication processes; monitor processes and ensure them properly and consistently validated to meet quality requirements;
- Lead the problem solving with effective 8D quality tools.
- Process cost estimation including cycle time and capacity’s check and ratify.
- Cost reduction with process optimization by reducing the setup time, cycle time and effective low-cost application.
- New machine/tooling/gage technical investigation and coordinate with purchasing dept.
- Participate in quality, productivity, yield & maintenance cost improvement programs.

Requirements:
- Over 5 years engineering working experience on fabrication process with medical device background is a plus;
专业知识:
- Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Strong hands-on experience of fabrication process including the CNC programming, measurement, line set-up & problem solving. Familiar with APQP, PPAP & 8D,knowledge of SPC, Cp/Cpk
- Good understanding of new product NPI process.
- Knowledge of ISO13485 and lean manufacturing is plus.
- Knowledge of quality systems and quality tools as QS9000/ISO9000 and APQP, PPAP, 8D, SPC.
- Strong PC skills on Auto-CAD, drawing handling & MS office is preferred.
- Good interpersonal skills to effectively lead, motivate and facilitate others in group situations.
