主要职责Main Responsibilities：

• Analyse the specifications, analyse the machine drawing, give advice to ensure this machine will match with our requirement and reach the performances.
• Follow up the process trial and propose the appropriate improvement and respect on the cycle time.
• Define new process and production lay out for Automotive plastic parts manufacturing and components assembly
• Follow up the industrialisation of new projects , manufacturing and trials of new machines and equipment for our Chinese factory.
• Responsible on the activity from Design stage to production improvement.
• Attend the technical review with the supplier and internal colleague to make sure the process proposed will be efficient . To propose the corrective action to improve Machines & equipment reliability and performance.
• Analyse any technical issue ; take the appropriate action or countermeasure to support the process development.
• Built the process with a rigorous documentation and procedure.
• Solve all problems for all process related issues
• Perform PFMEA, Control Plan, cell of production Lay out, line cycle time improvement, work instruction for the line, schedule, production BOM
• Packaging definition according to customer requirement
• Train technicians and workers on the new processes
• Deal with preventive maintenance to reach the Automotive Quality targets.

任职资格Qualifications：

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Around 5-7 years of rich experience in plastic industry and automatic assembly line as senior process engineer or Method engineer .
• Good Analytical Skill and hands on trouble shooting
• Good knowledge of Technical Drawings and enthousiasm for automotive product industrialization.
• Good skills in mechanical, Injection Molding process ,assembly process and maintenance of automatic equipments. (good automation knowledge & plastic industry equipments).
• Very good in organisation and documentation.
• Fluent in English, have a good level on technical English
• Strong communication skills as well as a good team player; Technically / conceptually sound in his domain. (communicating with abroad colleague)
• Use to work with Microsoft softwares and used to make report.
