Responsibilities(职位职责)
· Good communicating Skill, inquiry customers needs accurately
· 通过良好的沟通技巧，准确掌握客户的需求
· Efficiently search properties, based on needs
· 能够高效的根据客户需求匹配房源
· Ability to take customers to view the property,
· 能够独立的带客户看房
· Negotiation Skills with Landlords
· 同房东议价
· Close contract
· 签订合同

Requirements(任职要求)
· Diploma or Degree in business administration，English or related subject
· 持有商务管理、英语或相关专业的学位证书
· Good organisation and planning skills
· 较好组织和计划能力
· A strong ability to prioritize effectively
· 能够有效区分事情的优先顺序
· Ability to operate highly flexible working hours
· 能够灵活的选择工作时间
· Fluent in Mandarin and English
· 中英文流利
· Experienced in sales is preferred
· 有销售经验者优先考虑
· Ability to work under pressure
· 能够承受高强度的工作压力
