- For our Industry Sector in SUZHOU,we are looking for a Initial Sample Engineer Material Testing&Analyse 首检工程师 - 苏州西门子电器有限公司.

What are my responsibilities?

- Responsible for initial sample inspection. Monitor, evaluate, analysis and maintain test and measurement system, and to maintain a capable measurement system to meet both measurement accuracy and timetable requirement. They are the technical decision making authority for testing field.

- Implement capable test and measurement system. (E.g. procedures, specifications, drawings).

- Measuring efficiency and accuracy, documentation of the initial sample test report, involve in the project;

- Suitability work with inspection implements, then come out the result; be responsible for collecting statistic，implement quality track.

- Work closely with project teams to facilitate the effective ramp-up of new project platforms on measuring issues and measuring fixture design.

- Inspection / verification for critical components and material etc.

- Support SQE to evaluate and verify supplier’s measurement capability when necessary.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- Bachelor and above in Electrical & Mechanical;

- Experience of 3~5 years in quality field and with the working experience in foreign-invested company;

- Experience of quality management system;

- Experience of project quality management;

- Good knowledge of Integrated Mechanical and Electrical

- Understanding of normally mechanical and electrical drawing;

- Good communication and coaching skill

- Fluent English communication
