Job Description:
-Purpose (Describe your role and objectives within your Dept/Division and the boundaries faced - why the position exists, What it hopes to achieve and within what limits/constraints).
Lead the engineering teams including SW, HW, SVT and other functions BSE, PM etc. to achieve department objectives of Telecom system development base on company budget policy.
-Define and improve the core competences of engineering department.
-Build up/maintain and strengthen engineering team base on department long term development objectives.
