JOB OBJECTIVE:

The objective of the Quality Technician is to maintain NEPTCO quality systems in conformance to ISO 9001 and the NEPTCO Quality Systems Manual; to develop improvements to existing systems designed to make them more effective and to ensure that procedures and methods are updated as required to meet changing requirements and practice.

工作目标：

质量技师的工作目标是维护NEPTCO的质量体系能够满足ISO9001和NEPTCO质量体系的要求以及改进现有的体系确保彵们能够更加有效，同时确保相关的程序和作业指导书能够根据需要得到及时的更新。

JOB DUTIES:

工作职责

A. Assist P&QC in the preparation of quality system documentation, including test plans for new and existing products, product specifications, test methods, calibration methods and other operational procedures.

协作并准备质量体系所需的文件包含测试计划，产品规范，测试方法，校正方法以及其它作业程序

B. Work with Purchasing, P&QC, Materials, Manufacturing, and R&D to develop and improve raw material specifications.

与采购，QC，材料，生产以及研发一起制定和改进原材料的技术规范。

C. Review customer specifications for product compliance and conformance to customer specified test methods.

参与评审客户的技术规范

D. Schedule, organize, and document internal and external quality system audits

为内审和外审进行计划，组织以及文件化

E. Conduct internal and external assessment of potential and existing suppliers in conjunction with Purchasing and Plant P&QC.

与采购一起对现有的和潜在的供应商进行评估

F. Coordinate effective Corrective and Preventative Action and report findings

协助进行纠正和预防措施并进行跟踪

G. Responsible for maintaining/ordering/compliance to outside quality standards, such as ASTMs, Mil-Specs, etc.

对外部标准进行管理

H. Coordinate yearly quality forum with plant process and quality managers to recommend future strategic plan and tactics.

协助生产和质量经理举行年度质量论坛并对进一步的战略方针进行建议

I. Responsible for Lab testing (E@B,Tensile strength)

负责对材料的测试

J. Recording Inspection data 对检验记录进行归档

K. Daily maintenance of testing gage and equipment 对测试设备进行日常的维护

L. Other work assigned by the Quality Supervisor 其它工作由质量主管指定

Technical secondary school or college
·Experience of inspection and measurement, basic knowledge of quality control
·More than 2 years relevant experience
·Ability of reading English work instruction

·No any warning record in former companies

NEPTCO offers contract manufacturing and product design services, and has the in-house ability to provide product coating, lamination, extrusion, printing, slitting and weaving at its ISO 9001:2000-certified plants.

莱普科公司现在在美国有三个工厂，法国有一个工厂，并且在韩国有一个合资企业。为了更好满足顾客的需求，莱普科已经在苏州高新区投资500万美金，成立全资子公司-莱普科电子材料（苏州）有限公司，研发，生产用于电缆，电子和通讯等行业的各种屏蔽包装材料，电缆牵引线，非金属加强件等产品，及其相关产品；销售自产产品，并提供相关技术和售后服务。现在该全资子公司已经正式迁处装修一新的厂房，2006年11月投入生产。
At present, Neptco has three plants in the USA, one in France and one Joint Venture in Korea. In order to meet rapidly-growing customers’ needs, Neptco has established a WOFE with USD 5 million in Suzhou New District, which researches and develops shielding materials of cables and electronic and IT products and provides relevant after-sale services. This new WOFE is now finished decoration and has moved into the new factory, has put into production in November, 2006.
