职位描述
1. Industrial and Process Engineering
Control and optimize production processes and technologies as well as ergonomics, in order to keep machines and equipments are running in a good condition and ensure required efficiency. Work out preventive and corrective
actions to support manufacturing team to solve technical problems during daily
production and ensure continuous improvements can be done to improve
productivity.
Improve data quality including material master, drawings, BOM, Routing (mat. Type WKZG / BMAV).
2. Investment Planning
Execute capacity analysis in closer cooperation with sales and work out midterm investment planning, meanwhile provide proposals for machine and equipment dispositions.
3. Cost Control
Execute cost calculation of customer projects and provide reliable data to sales. Perform production cost control and lead cost saving programs to reach or even beyond budgeted cost target.
Support regional purchasing at supplier-base optimization, localization in order to share the benefits inside the organization.
4. Project Management
Plan and execute the realization of customer projects, organize relevant documents in compliance with required guidelines (e.g. TueV Audit). Coordinate related departments to accomplish the projects within defined timeframe.
Consolidate and review the segment investment planning, track the realization of investment projects.
Execute special projects which are assigned by management.
5. Employee Development
Motivate the team, review and provide timely performance feedback. Create individual development plan (competence and career development) for direct reports, mentor and develop them to be able to understand segment management strategy and targets, support them to get onto a higher level of competences. And create succession planning as a long term preparation for the company development.
6. Others
Implement Schaeffler Group guideline and Schaeffler Greater China policies as well as the plant regulations, ensure the segment is in compliance with internal and external standard requirements.
Perform other duties assigned by Segment Manager.
Support the quality team deal with the customer audit &complaint.
Support and take initiatives on Fit for Quality
Support and take initiatives on MOVE
Support and take initiatives on Health, Safety & Security
Support on Environmental Management
Support on internal control
Support on Excellence
- University degree or above in mechanical engineering with fluent English
- At least 3 years related working experience, including more than 3 years managerial position experiences
- Broad and extensive manufacturing and technology experiences
- Abundant experiences of project management
- Preferential backgrounds of working experiences in Automotive industry (OEMs / Auto Parts)
