Your Tasks
- Manage production line including calculation, layout, resources
- Ensure quality assurance including process analysis, internal claim processing
- Lead production staff including staff planning, recruitment, appraisals
- Optimize tools according to production situation
- Have responsibility for shop floor housekeeping
Your Profile
- Bachelor degree, major in mechanical or related engineering
- Fluent in oral and writing English.
- Above 5 years work experience in stamping
- Good team management experience and skills
