要求：

1. 本科学历，光学镀膜、机械电子、材料等专业；
BS degree or above, major in Physics/Material Science/ME/Process;
2. 3年以上光学镀膜设备维修或光学薄膜制备的工作经历，了解红外镀膜者优先；
At least 3 years working experience in PVD coating process or coating
equipment maintenance;
3. 具有多种镀膜设备工作经验，具有国产镀膜设备工作经验者优先；
Has a variety of coating equipment work experience, familiar with the
domestic coating equipment work experience is preferred;
4. 熟悉各种真空镀膜机的正常维护，对突发事件的处理；
Be familiar with pre-maintenance, emergency treatment to the vacuum
coating machine,;
5. 良好的电脑操作能力，能熟练运用AutoCAD，FILMSTAR发软件者优先；
Good PC skill can use AutoCAD、Filmstar is recommended.
6. 良好的英语口语和书写
Good command of English written and verbal;

职责：

1. 红外光学产品镀膜的工艺设计；
IR thin film coating design and simulation;
2. 光学镀膜设备的维修维护；
Coating equipment maintenance and improvement;
3. 红外光学产品的镀膜前清洗；
IR optics cleaning process before coating;
