职位描述
a）负责主导精益生产的持续改进项目；
b）负责、配合运营经理组织建立稳定的生产系统，确保预期的产量，制定生产计划及目标，满足现有与预计销售订购的要求；
c）负责就生产活动、业绩和结果以及员工激励向运营经理提出建议，完善KPI考核体系，制定纠正措施，解决生产滞后、成本过高、原料短缺、质量事故及其它问题；
d）负责推进人员、设备、物料、固定资产等运作效率的持续改善；
e）负责参与新工艺设计，确保遵守工艺精益投资；
f） 负责对各部门进行TPS（TOYOTA PRODUCTION SYSTEM）培训，组织各部门开展精益生产改善专项研讨会，指导生产部门运用TPS工具解决具体生产现场问题；
g) 带领精益生产管理部门审核和监督各部门精益生产的实施情况，并就改善措施给出专业建议和方案，对公司精益生产体系的运营实时跟踪和反馈；
h) 协助其他各个部门落实精益生产，将精益生产理念推行至项目运营的各个环节；

任职要求
本科以上学历
精通精益生产，有相关工作经验5年以上
处事果断，执行力强
