Key tasks:

1.Plan and run LEAN projects according to PROMAL, DMAIC and ODPC (Operations Development Project Concept) to customers satisfaction
2.Develop and implement concepts processes and tools with focus on LEAN
3.Develop, Motivate communicate, train within own projects4.?Participate as active team member in team and project meetings
4.Participate in competence team meetings run by OD Competence Owners
5.Follow up on time plan and cost according to project specification


Competencies:

Generic:
1.master of science or equivalent experience
2.5 years of relevant experience from production/manufacturing company (preferably automotive industry)

1.Have a minimum of high level in LEAN and possibly more of OD core competence area’s
2.able to propose process improvements, form solutions and implement new process and supporting tools by applying methods generally known to the industry and some Alfa Laval units.
3.able to guide others running sub-projects or independent projects.
