目的：
通过组织对来料的检验，保证公司入库物料的合格，并督促供应商质量改进，持续稳定的交付物料。

工作职责：
1、已经工作流程严格控制来料质量，组织检验人员完成检验工作满足下道工序使用要求
2、对检验员进行岗位技能培训
3、负责安排考核检验人员工作
4、及时解决质量中产生的质量投诉
5、协助对供应商管理，提高供货质量
6、制定来料检验月度、年度工作计划及总结，根据客户的质量反馈及工作实际情况，调整检验方法，改进检验流程

要求：
大专以上学历
有5年以上外企（欧美企业尤佳）的相关工作经验
熟悉公司的质量控制程序，掌握相关的检验标准
熟练使用办公软件，常用检测仪器的使用，熟练运用质量工具
具备一定的沟通协调能力，有工作责任心和很强的质量意识
