职位描述
Job Description:
1. Formulate the annual plan and standard daily operation procedure regarding to the landscape management and report to the supervisor about overall work.
2. Daily inspection of all the plants in the university to check if they are under good care and in the satisfied condition. Find out potential problems regarding plants and response in time to diminish the hazards.
3. Receive the maintaining task from inspection report or any other channel regarding to landscape management and figure out the suitable solution.
4. Keep assets information regarding to the landscape in the university campus and update information according to actual situation and make sure no loss for the university assets.
5. Help to decide and update the maintenance contract regarding to certain virescence maintenance team, supervise, check and evaluate maintenance team’s work to decide if they are qualified to renew the contract, make sure the frequency and process of maintaining work is qualified with the industrial regulation.
6. Other facility operation and maintenance work which related to overall virescence including relative construction management, municipal system facility, outdoor lighting system facility, irrigation system and rain water reuse system, etc.
7. Supervise the daily operation of relative equipment by Property Management Office staff and coordinate with the manufacture to make sure they do the right training to Property Management Office operators before using the equipment.
8. Maintain a suitable and healthy environment of the campus for all staff and students, other support work to help the running of university’s Health and safety committee.
Personal Requirement:
1. Good standard of general education. Be familiar with landscape systems, major in gardening, landscaping is preferred.
2. Good command of English both in writing and speaking.
3. Good skill in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
4. Good interpersonal, communication skills, as well good customer service.
5. Ability to organize and coordinate a variety of administration tasks in a busy office environment.
6. Hardworking, Good team work spirit and problem solving capabilities.
