Job Description:

Payment and bank management:45%

1. Conduct bank payment process on a weekly basis

2. Prepare relevant documents for financial management

3. Reconcile all bank accounts in the accounting book with bank balance at month end and prepare the bank reconciliation report

4. Collect bank slips and attach to the related vouchers

5. Open the bank card for all intake students and maintain the relevant information timely

6. Coordinate with bank for tuition fee collection and other refunding issue

7. Deal with other related bank issues

B: Expense claim report review:30%

1. Collect the payment request forms and employee expense claim reports

2. Review the claim forms to check the accuracy and completion of the attached documents according to the relevant policies and regulations

3. Submit the expense claim reports to SMT for approval

4. Communicate with other departments for payment related issues

C: Cash management:20%

1. Petty cash management

2. Employee cash advance management

3. Safe keeping of petty cash, bank cheque and other important certificate

D: Miscellaneous:5%

1. Voucher filing and financial documents management

2. Other tasks assigned by Team Leader

Skills and Knowledge:

1. Familiar with bank settlement process

2. Proficient in MS Office and account software

3. Fluent in both written and spoken English

4. Good problem solving capability, communication/coordination skills and team working skills

Qualifications and Experience:

1.Bachelor degree with major in Accounting or Finance

2. 2 years related working experience
