Job Description:

1. Establish the complete campus management storage system covering stationary, cleaning instrument, consumable, coffee bar goods, repairing material and other goods to support the daily work of Campus Management Office.

2. Formulate the annual plan and working procedure and do regular report to the supervisor about the overall work.

3. Be responsible for supervising and making the record on goods-in and goods-out of all the material, establish the detail information as request and check the inventory self.

4. Form detailed daily/monthly/annual reports of storage checking and reports to the director.

5. Confirm the timeliness of the all the storage to make sure they are available when using and coordinate with purchasing officer and other Campus management team to ensure the renew of the storage and avoid the waste of resources.

6. Be responsible for any other duties commensurate with the level and grade of this post, and any other tasks assigned as needed.

Personal Requirement:

1. Good standard of general education. Bachelor with English major or inventory management is preferred.

2. Good command of English both in writing and speaking.

3. Good skills in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

4. Good interpersonal, communication skills, as well good customer service.

5. Ability to organize and coordinate a variety of administration tasks in a busy office environment.

6. Good team work spirit and problem solving capabilities.
