职位描述
Job Description:
1. Responsible for the documents management of campus management office, including the document and data collection, cataloguing, and filing. Do regular report to the supervisor about the overall work.
2. Responsible for the departmental procurement according to the annual budget. Do enquiring, price comparison, bargaining and evaluate the product samples.
3. Collect daily procurement data including supplier list, price and any related data, etc. To choose appropriate suppliers for the procurement project; check and maintain all the suppliers regularly and to eliminate the unqualified suppliers in time.
4. Responsible for the procurement and management of office supplies, coffee bar supplies and hygienic consumables, etc. To ensure adequate supplies for the daily teaching and operation.
5. Reasonable control the use of supplies, and make statistics on consumption every month and make data analysis.
6. Supervise the routine work of stationery and postal service team effectively as per the service standards and requirement. To give training and assessing the service team regularly to ensure the working skills meet the requirement of daily work for university.
7. Supervise and coordinate with property management team to carry on the routine work related to material management and to improve the quality and efficiency of the work.
8. Supervise the running of university supply shops like gift shop and teaching&learning material shop, including daily running, supplier management and business development, etc. to make sure the long term smooth running of the university’s supply shops.
9. Be responsible for any other duties commensurate with the level and grade of this post, and any other tasks assigned as needed.
Personal Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree. Related work experience in purchasing, material managing is preferred.
2. Good command of English both in writing and speaking.
3. Good skills in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
4. Good interpersonal, communication skills, as well good customer service.
5. Ability to organize and coordinate a variety of administration tasks in a busy office environment.
6. Good team work spirit and problem solving capabilities.
