Job Responsibility:

1. To deal with textbook operation twice per academic year, including textbook plan, quoting, bidding, placing order, receiving, stock management, distribution, financial issues etc.

2. To liaise with external publishers and the academic community for the books and publication projects.

3. To explore the publication services for XJTLU owned intelligence property

4. To plan and implement the textbook publication projects align with academic staff

Skills and Knowledge

1. Able to work effectively and independently with strong self-initiative in a dynamic, global, multi-cultural environment.

2. Positive working attitude with customer service orientated mindset.

3. Excellent communication and inter-personal skills

4. Have good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills both in English and Chinese.

Qualifications and Experience

1. Bachelor's degree or above.

2. Having background in Accounting, Business & Economics, Information science or publication is preferred.

3. At least 1 year related working experiences.

4. Hands-on experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
