Global Biomedical Research firm is seeking a full time Business Analyst to add to our growing technology team. This person will gather and document detailed information from users regarding business requirements and translate user needs into specific system requirements. They will also participate in user interface design, develop test plans, develop test cases and manage the acceptance testing of the final end user application.

Primary Responsibilities:
* Full lifecycle management of business requirements (Initiation, development, review, sign-off)
* Work closely with key business stakeholders from all departments to manage development of business requirements
* Once developed, execute documentation of business requirements and assist with IT Design
* Develop test cases in support of designed solution (based on business requirements)
* Develop and execute user training plans
* Create documentation for processes and implementations

Required Skills and Background:
* 2-4 years of Business Analysis experience
* 2-4 years experience in the application development lifecycle
* Experience in web applications development, and knowledge of software development standards and methodologies
* Familiarity with technologies including but not limited to: C#, ASP.NET, Master Pages, shared library development, Web Services, XML and Reporting
* Familiarity with the following technologies a plus: JAVA, VB.Net, SSIS, SSRS
* Knowledge of object-oriented design and analysis
* Knowledge of testing methodologies and the ability to design effective and reliable test cases
* General understanding of user interfaces and how they affect applications design
* Expertise in translating business requirements into technical function specifications
* Must have excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
* Must be highly motivated and detail-oriented
* Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision and be a valuable contributor in an interactive team environment
* Epicor ERP/CRM experience is a big blus
