2. 熟悉模具备件的测量流程;

3. 良好的质量概念, 能使用各种常用测量设备（千分尺，卡尺;

4. 能读懂机械图纸;

5. 基本计算机应用能力;

6. 有模具工人知识者优先;

7. 能在三班制工作体系下工作.

责任/任务描述:

1. 独立工作

2. 独立看图纸

3. 阐明混淆之处(模具设计-模具维护-准备)

4. 熟练使用CAD等软件

5. 自我控制(在个人领域)

6. 测量，修复

7. 有条件的操作机器

8. 标记工件

9. 已建立的项目的存档, 修复磨损部件

10. (从 CAD中搜索漏掉的尺寸)

11. 协调数据责任/生产计划工作流程

12. BDE工作流程确认

13. 负责测量工具的维护

14. 遵守安全规程和技术安全规程

Professional skill requirement (including certificates, etc.):

1. Above high school or technical school degree;

2. At least 2years experience with stamping tools spare parts measurement;

3. Be familiar with spare parts measurement processing;

4. Good quality sense, can use sorts of measurement equipment(micrometer, caliper and so on);

5. Can read mechanical drawings;

6. General computer skill;

7. Knowledge of tool workers preferred;

8. Can work with 3-shifts working system.

Responsibility/Tasks description:

1. Independent Work
2. Independent drawing reading
3. Unclear points clarify (Tool Design-Tooling Maintenance-Preparation)
4. Be familiar with CAD and other software
5. Self control (in own area)
6. Measure, repair
7. Conditionally operate machines
8. Marking of the work pieces
9. Archiving of created programs, for wear parts recurred
10. (Search the missing size from CAD)
11. Coordination of date responsibility/work schedules with production plan
12. Confirmation of the working process in BDE
13. Be responsible for measuring tools maintenance
14. Observance of the safety regulations and accident prevention regulations
