RESPONSIBILITY

1. Provides support to regional functional management and corporate finance
2. Forecasts and report on the APAC Operating Expenses by function
3. Prepares monthly accrual journal entries and financial reports
4. Providing mentoring, coaching, and financial guidance to function department as needed
5. Ability to work and think conceptually, and apply theory of processes to actual practices
6. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
7. Performs a variety of complicated tasks
8. Performs other duties as assigned


AUTHORITY
1. Access to Oracle production with:
a. GL specialist
b. GL STAT specialist

2. Essbase/Hyperion

MAIN TASKS
1. Prepare forecast and analysis report as requested
2. Assisting month-end closing for STAT and CORP books
3. Financial reporting and analysis

QUALIFICATION

1. BS/BA or equivalent in Business Administration.
2. 5 years of related experiences in foreign invested company
3. Strong financial and accounting background
4. Experience with Oracle, Essbase and Hyperion
5. Proficient in reading, speaking and writing in English
6. Team-player with good analytical and organizational skills
