任职资格要求：
1、男女不限，35岁以上；
2、人力资源、行政、法律或企业管理等相关专业大专以上学历；
3、人事、行政全面管理10年以上工作经历；
4、对人力资源六大模块工作内容有系统的认识和实操经验；
5、有制造业背景；
6, 能帮助企业优化人力资源管理体系
