An experienced assistant is wanted, to be the face of a fast growing firm. This is a fantastic opportunity to be apart of a famous organisation, and further develop your skills. Being the first point of contact for the company, you will manage the front desk, as well as be flexible to assist colleagues with a high level administrative duties when necessary. Our client offers a friendly yet corporate team environment and great stability with a work life balance.

The role will include the following duties:

* Providing exceptional face-to-face contact with clients
* Coordinating events
* Handling all incoming & outgoing calls
* Organising client events
* Generating reports / handling documentation
* Administrative duties

The following experience and qualities are essential in the right candidate:

* At least 1 years experience in the same reception role
* High standard of presentation & clear communication
* Experience using the Microsoft suite, specifically formatting on word
* A proactive attitude & willingness to be apart of a team environment
