Key tasks:
The position holder should proactively support the management in the HR related issues and bring the HR input into the business.
? Act as key contact for managers in all HR issues to ensure availability of HR services.
? Ensure by means of HR development and resourcing that the organisation has sufficient and appropriate capabilities/competences for achieving its strategic objectives.
? Partner with business leaders and frontline managers to find out needs and requirements in the area of human resources management; provide daily consultations and help with solutions.
? Manage employee relations and industrial/union relations through expanding communication channels and face-to-face meetings.
? Manage employee discipline, reward and recognition to prevent labour disputes and litigations.
? People strategy implementation. e.g.: providing team development planning & facilitation, management team development planning, 360 planning, change management facilitation, leadership review, etc.
? Resource & competence planning, e.g.: manpower planning, leadership review, competence needs identification and prioritization. competence development follow-up, etc.
? Recruitment: support managers in profile creation; interview support on demand; responsible for individual work contract content (despite top management & expats), etc.
? Employee Engagement Survey implementation and follow-up.
? Support the organizational development.
? Ensure the implantation of People Process.
? Other tasks or projects as assigned.


Prerequisites:
? Relevant Bachelor or Master level degree.
? Above 8 years' work experience in HR function including 3 years' managerial role.
? Be passionate and willing to dedicate.
? Strategic thinking and result orientation.
? Excellent people skill, cooperation and team work.
? Proficient in English communication.
? Willing to contact people and understand their needs
? Wide view when handling the HR issue with the staffs. i.e not only for China but also for whole APAC
? Communication skills with different country's people. Understand culture difference
