Main responsibilities 主要职责：

1. Monthly closing 月度结算

• Ensure all costs and expenses are booked correctly and timely
  确保将所有的成本和费用进行正确及时的计入账簿
• Responsible for running month-end closing program in SAP
  负责在SAP系统中进行月末结算项目
• BS and P&L review with Head of Finance and GM at the 3rd working day every month
  在每月的第三个工作日和财务负责人和总经理对BS and P&L进行评估
• Prepare monthly reporting package and distribute to HO
  准备各个项目的月报表，并分送到总部

2. Fixed assets management 固定资产管理

• Create Internal order in SAP according to approved CPI
  依据已核准的CPI在SAP中建立内部顺序和规则
• Check and control SAP fixed asset depreciation according to IFRS and Chinese regulations
  依据IFRS 和中国法规来检查和控制 SAP 中固定资产的折旧
• Maintain fixed asset investment budget procedures (Capex report)
  维护和控制固定资产投资预算的程序（Capex 报告）

3. Tax税务

• Issue VAT tax invoices / export invoices in golden tax system after billin
  付款后在金税系统中开具增值税发票/出口发票
• VAT invoices verification
  增值税发票审核和认证
• Monthly Tax declaration
  每月的税务申报
• Quarterly CIT declaration
  季度的CIT 申报

4. Bookkeeping 记账

• Daily voucher posting in SAP
  在SAP中每天的凭证记载和保管
• Prepare payment proposal
  准备付款的申请

Requirements 任职要求:

• College/University degree major in Accounting with business administration background
  专科或本科学历，会计专业或具有企业管理背景
• 3-5 years experience in related field with a multinational company, Auto parts industry is a plus
  在跨国公司相关岗位3-5年的经验
• Analytical, highly motivated, strong business and people acumen, good interpersonal and communication skills
  善于分析， 积极主动， 思维敏捷，良好的人际关系和沟通技巧
• Good command of English, Good in using MS office software package
  良好的英语能力，熟练使用办公系统软件
• Familiar with ERP system, SAP is a must
  熟悉ERP 系统，必须有使用SAP经验
