 At least 6~8 years working experience in mechanical products manufacturing background, pneumatic power tools working background will be a plus.
 Various manufacturing process knowledge and experience, casting, stamping, injection molding, machining, etc.
 Fixture and Gauge design capability, good GD&T knowledge and measurement system knowledge.
 Experience of supplier management in terms of quality control.
 Active working attitude, could working independently and working under pressure.
