职位描述
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for meeting customer’s build schedules and all quantity, quality and delivery targets.
Responsible for teaming with other functions (Quality ,logistics, Quality, R&D, etc) to optimize the delivery, cost and the quality of production
Be responsible for the continuous improvements optimizing production performance.
Be responsible for scrap cost reduction.
Be responsible for production line layout and display board well show.
Produce production reports from information collected from the floor
QUALIFICATIONS
Require a minimum of 5 – 8 years supervision or management role in a foreign manufacturing company. While with at least 2 years above production manger role experience in the foreign invested manufacturing company.
Post secondary education in Mechanical engineering, engineering technology, business administration or related discipline.
