The role is responsible for moulding production of one shift in automotive.

Implement 6S and strict&impartial discipline to show good housekeeping.
执行6S和严明的纪律, 展现良好的车间管理.
Standardize molding tool set up operation and molding process management.
规范注塑模具上下模开机和注塑制程管理。
Make good use of equipment、 material and manpower to complete production orders with high quality and timely delivery.
充分利用设备、原料和人力及时高质量地完成生产订单.
Go on a tour of inspection termly to control manpower、equipments、tools and quality.
定期巡查生产线,掌控人员、设备、模具及产品品质状况.
Push related persons in charge to solve abnormal production problems.
推动相关责任人解决生产异常
Establish good team-work, and train、appraise and motivate technicians/material han-dlers/OP to achieve the work target.
建立良好的团队精神,培训、评估并激发技术员、物料员和OP的潜能,完成预定目标.
Make sure all records and activities to meet TS and customer requirements;
确保相关记录和工作行为符合TS要求和客户要求；
Attach importance to material management, and avoid different material mixing together unintentionally, and reduce any material waste. Make mothly material check well.
重视物料管理，避免混料，减少浪费，做好月底盘点；
Improve continuously to reduce waste and cost down.
持续改善,减少浪费,降低成本.
Realize safety production.

Fulfill the tasks assigned by senior

- Job requirements:

Junior collage is min and tool/molding major is preferred，and have 5+ years injection moulding experiences （at least 2 years managerment）.
大专学历以上，模具、注塑专业更好,有5年及以上注塑生产工作经验(至少2年以上管理经验)；
Have good 6S concept and rich 6S implement experiences.
有良好的6S观念和丰富的6S推行经验.
Be familiar with TS
熟悉TS 要求
Have basic tool/molding/quality control knowledge and strong molding technique;
有基本的模具/注塑工艺/品质管理知识和较强的注塑技术。
Have strong tool protection concept and know well the commen tool protection methods.
有较强的模具保护意识，掌握常用的模具保护方法。
Have strong communication and personnel management skill.
沟通能力较强，具备人员管理能力.
