Requirements：

1. 中专或高中及以上学历

2. 2年以上PCBA工厂工作经验，了解电子组装工厂的物料发放使用流程

3. 负责SMT及DIP的发料工作，不需要有叉车证

4. 有ERP系统使用经验和物料员工作经验优先考虑

5. 吃苦耐劳，配合加班，有一定学习欲望和能够承担一定的工作压力

Responsibility：
1. 了解自己的工作目标，并知道如何把它转化为每日的具体工作
2. 根据生产需求和看板原则为生产线工位提供所需物料
3. 在物料发生异常及时反馈
4. 确保所发物料数量的准确性
5. 负责所发材料库存准确并盘点剩余物料和正常周期盘点
6. 负责消耗品的发放和管控
