Test Technician/轮胎测试技师

背景要求：

* 大专以上学历

* 轮胎企业的相关工作经验1年以上

* 了解轮胎的基本知识

* 简单的英文听说读写的能力

* 负责轮胎和轮毂的物理测试

Summary:

Conducts testing and essential duties and responsibilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Includes the following; other duties may be assigned

* Participates in fabrications and installation of testing, and test control apparatus and equipment.

* Makes recommendations to management on new business opportunities.

* Participates in calibration of instruments, equipment and control devices required to test, telemeter, record, reduce and report test data.

* Understands conditions under which tests are to be conducted, and sequences and phases of test operations.

* Confers with scientific, engineering, and technical personnel to resolve testing problems such as product or system malfunctions, incomplete test data and data interpretation.

* Assists in managing quality and safety systems

* Reviews and analyzes technical, quality control, maintenance and operational reports to determine causes of non-conformity with specifications and operating, or production problems.

Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience:

3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in Tire technology. Experience in tire, automotive and truck testing and maintenance required.

Language Skills:

Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical journals. Ability to effectively present information to management. Limited to strong English skills required.

Mathematical Skills:

Ability to apply mathematical concepts such as addition , subtraction, division and multiplication. Ability to apply mathematical operations to determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory and factor analysis.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical, or diagram form, and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Certificates, Licenses and/ or Registrations:

Periodic travel and overtime is required.
