Planning and Budgeting
Propose and recommend sample room development strategy
Develop and implement sample room budget and plan
Monitor the achievement of the budget in order to achieve sample room annual goals
People Management & Development
Allocate and balance work across subordinates to meet the sample order requests
Review and provide timely performance feedback to subordinates
Mentor develop and motivate subordinates
Provide technical training and support to sample room employee(technicians& operators)
Resolve people/functional issues in the sample room in order to improve effectiveness and achieve targeted department performance
Daily Operation Management
Daily monitor sample room order status and develop tracking process to ensure delivery according delivery plan
Monitor sample room production daily result (including resource utilization ,efficiency, on time delivery, scrap...) to define and resolve issues quickly
Work closely with cross-functional team to understand the customer order status and lead the preparation of manpower plan
Production Process Management
Setup sample room quality and scrap target for manager approval and implement sample making quality target and monitor the sample quality status
Supervise and monitor sample making process according to the confirmed planning
Monitor emergency solving process in order to ensure smooth production and meet quick sample making and on-time delivery target
Cost Management
Discuss with cross-functional team and approve sample rooms’ inventory & budget plan in order to find out the variance against the standards
Discuss with finance team to update the related labor and capitalized assets depreciation regularly
Communicate with CTL of each product line to revise or update the cost before feedback to sales
Continue Improvement
Work with cross function team to develop proper working process to improve manufacturing working condition and ensure proper support
Fully support lean implementation and response for on line execution to ensure continue improvement of manufacturing management .
Qualification Requirements:
As mandatory:
Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Mechanical, Electronic, Engineering or related field
Above 8 years of experience in manufacturing, including 5 years managerial experience
At least 8 director report on the management position
Excellent communication skill
Good command of English skill both in oral and written
Good command of quality system(TS16949)
As preferred:
Good knowledge of Automotive technology and especially in cable, HMES, Sensor making process
Good knowledge of cable crimping, cable testing and fabrication equipments knowledge
