Tasks & Responsibilities:
Monitoring market price influence and control costs for the Category assigned;
～监控市场价格的变动和成本的控制；
Ensure delivery in time;
～确保供应商准时交货；
Maintain assigned supplier relationship and develop supplier;
～维护现有的供应商以及开发新的供应商；
Implantation purchasing strategy;
～执行采购策略；
Know well about the equipment manufacture, develop new suppliers for standard parts including motor,bearing,pneumatic element, screw, mechanical parts ,electrical parts and so on.
～熟悉设备制造，寻找新的供应商，采购标准件包括：发动机、轴承、气动元件、螺旋、机加工件、电气部件等等。
?negotiate price, confirm lead time,push delivery,strong ability of business control.
～监控价格，确认交期和送货时间。
Issue PO and follow up
～下单并跟进；
Maintain information in ERP system;
～维护ERP系统；
Supplier trouble shooting;
～供应商问题解决和改善采购策略；
Invoice collection and payment application for the assigned suppliers;
～核对发票，安排付款；
KPI assigned preparation and managing
～供应商KIP统计和管理。



Requirements:
Education:Mechanical education background, diploma or above
本科以上学历，机械专业背景
Experience:3 - 5 years experience in the position is required
3-5年的采购经验；
Age: 30-40
30-40岁
Good knowledge of ERP Systems and Purchasing;
优秀的采购知识和EPR知识；
Good Knowledge of automatic machines and in particular the mechanical processes including turning, milling, welding, surface treatment etc..and different kind of materials: ferrous, non ferrous, alloys, plastics.
熟悉自动化设备特别是机械加工工艺，包括车、铣、焊接的表面处理等。熟悉不同材料，包括：有色金属、合金、塑料。
Fluent english level in oral and writing.
流利的英语口语表达能力和书写能力。
