职位描述:
1.Market research, collect and sort out information & data of business and customer
2.Make and accomplish related market development plan and sales targets
3.Organize, make, supervise and implement company monthly & annual sales plan, sales activity budget and etc.;
4.Develop new customer, new business and new project, and maintain current customer and business;
5.Appoint participant dept. within the company and be fully responsible when customers visit;
6.Make, organize and review RFQ, send offer to customer after negotiation and release by company leaders, and follow up the status afterwards;
7. Carry out business negotiation alone or together with company leaders, review and sign related agreement or contract of development, price and etc.;
8.Coordinate communication and work between each dept. within the company or German headquarter with customer;
9.Contact and get more information from customer closely, and follow up project status;
10.Supervise cargoes inventory and delivery status, in order to meet customer’s requirement on time;
11.Control and push customer payment;
12.Visit customer regularly, make good service for after sales, and clarify unreasonable complaint & punishment;
任职要求
1.College graduation and above with major in automobile engineering, marketing, business management and etc.
2.Sales management experience of eight years and above;
3.Sensitive to market status, and strong understanding of automotive components;
4.Fluent in English or German listening, speaking, reading and writing;
5.Good at operate skill of computer;
6.Communication, organization, coordination and negotiation ability on convincing level.
