The job-holder will be the key person of the BFT China R&D team to develop new products and optimize standard products on customer demand , develop SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) and DOE (Design of Experiments) to handle complaints and test new products, and build up strong relationships with (new & existing) BFT customers.

Your role / 岗位描述

I.Set-up cost-efficient DOE's for new product development, input data in Ropes & prepare project sheet if appropiate.

II.Supervise execution of the test programs on R&D scale and if necessary, re-direct basing on first results.

III.Set-up test cards for first production run out of Ropes & work closely together with production technicians

IV.After positive confirmation, implement into production level (make PV)

V.Make sure that data in SAP are available & provide necessary documents for quality department

VI.Develop, maintain and upgrade Standard Operating Procedures for new product testing, pilot testing, quality complaint handling and other related issues

VII.Develop and ensure effective functioning of systems for competition monitoring, customer needs collection and analysis, and application knowledge management"

VIII.Fully understand and identify customers' technical needs and critical elements of the value chain, Identify customers' needs to be used as input for product development & optimalisation in close co-operation with R&D technology manager of BFT and technical manager China.

IX.Assist M&S team/agents/distributors technically to tackle currently unexploited markets

X.Coordination of sample investigation at BARDEC/BTC with regards to completion benchmarking or complaint handling

XI.Make sure that knowledge/sample investigation report is well documented & archived

Your profile / 职位要求

I.Bachelor education level above with mechanical related major

II.2 or 3 years above working experience in related field with strong project experience

III.Excellent networking and communication skills

IV.Dynamic personality and fast learning competency, self-motivator and hard-worker

V.Team player and able to function across units or departments, while can work independently

VI.Customer and results oriented

VII.Good Egnlish in speaking/listening/reading/writting
