岗位职责：
1、对公司的LED照明技术、研发工作负全面的责任，并使公司技术、研发目标达成；
2、负责公司新技术引进和产品开发工作的计划、实施，确保技术的超前性、竞争性；
3、组织制定相关产品技术标准，指导监督公司相关部门加强对产品，服务及工程质量的把控，确保公司提供优质产品和解决方案；
4、战略关系整合，建立和维护相关照明行业的技术与产品资源；
5、负责组织编制公司技术开发计划和公司技术发展长远规划；
6、其它相关技术产品研发管理工作；

任职资格：
1、正规院校本科以上，电子技术、计算机、信息工程、通信及相关专业；
2 至少 3年以上技术研发团队管理经验，具备独立建立、完善及管理技术研发团队的能力。
3 良好的沟通协调能力和团队管理能力
