职位描述：
1) 参与制定公司发展战略与年度经营计划；
2) 组织制定并实施生产战略规划；
3) 负责供应链系统的协调组织、计划跟进，建立规范、高效的运营管理体系并优化完善；
4) 生产现场管理的优化、现场成本控制，对生产过程实施调度和控制；
5) 主持制定、调整年度生产计划及总预算；
6) 负责采购成本控制及供应商管理，完善、优化供应链体系
7) 制定相关工作流程和作业指导书，并进行推广实施；
8) 建立、完善人员培养、发展的管理体系，为其他岗位输送人员。

任职条件
1.本科及以上相关专业学历；
2.具有生产运营管理10年以上经验，其中照明行业生产、品质、工程技术运作统筹管理工作经验5年以上；
3.具有较强的沟通协调能力和谈判能力；
4.对照明产品的生产工艺技术，品质要求具有相当的了解；
5.娴熟的生产运管管理技能。
