Education:
Bachelor's degree.

Work experience:
5 years experiences related purchasing or sourcing, familiar with Automotive wiring harness components is must.
Good commodity knowledge.
Familiar with APQP/PPAP/FEMA/TS16949/ISO9001.
Good communication skill.

Language skills:
English capability in both writing and speaking.

Main Tasks:

1.Policies and procedure
Follow up global procurement policies and plant procedures in order to align with the requirements.
2.Supplier sourcing and qualification
Follow up supplier development strategy, collect supplier information, organize on-site audit and evaluation in order to qualify right suppliers according to project need.
3.RFQ, price negotiation and sample preparation for new parts
Handle RFQ, negotiate price with supplier and get sample in order to a best price and good sample timely; Finish combination of all prices into COM format (Both excel and ERP system).
4.Contract preparation and review
Negotiate contract clause with suppliers and prepare contract in order to avoid legal/commercial risks.
5.Record maintenance
Collect, review supporting data and maintain in system in order to record tracking and avoid commercial risk
6.Cost reduction and component localization
Negotiate with supplier in order to reduce material cost and meet project need and annual net saving target; Work with global sourcing to get same level price for oversea components from China market, and work with engineering team to localize components in same performance and best price.
7.Leadtime, MOQ reduction, VMI activities
Negotiate with supplier to reduce lead time, MOQ and VMI activities in order to improve material on-time delivery performance.
8.Supplier performance management
Conduct monthly and quarterly supplier performance (cost, delivery, quality and service) in order to drive supplier continually improvement
9.Handling material preparation before mass production
Getting materials based on project need. keep reviewing and tracking material status.
