2）Position Responsibility:
1.Search for the external suppliers suitable for the company, establish technical and commercial relation.
寻找适合公司的外部供应商，建立技术和商业关系

2.Assure the delivery of the part from external supplier is done correctly, in terms of price, schedule,and quality
在价格、进度及质量方面确保外部供应商提供零件的正确性

3.Ensuring the performance of the external suppliers are in line with the company targets.

确保外部供应商的表现与公司目标的一致性
4.Analyze the performance of the external suppliers, and figure out proper actions to improve.

分析外部供应商的表现，并找出适当的改善方法

3)Requirements:

?Bachelor degree or above, fluent English both spoken and written.
? 本科学历或以上，流利的英语口语及书写能力

?5 years or above experience in quality control within a modern workshop for precise mechanical machinery using large variety of high-precision CNC machine tools (such as turning machines, milling machines, machining centers, others)

?5年以上于现代厂房的质量管理经验，掌握精密机械设备及各种高精度数控机床（如车床、铣床、加工中心及其他）

?5-9 years experiences in machinery and manufacturing industry, outsourcing position is preferred.
?5至9年的制造行业工作经验，有采购经验为佳?
?Deep knowledge of machining and manufacturing techniques and processes for mechanical stainless still components, using CNC machines, such as turning machines, milling machines, others…as well as various metal sheets processing, carpentry bending, welding, treatments (pickling, electro-polishing, others).

?掌握机械不锈钢元件的加工工艺及生产技术，采用数控机床，如车床，铣床及其它各种金属板材加工，木工弯曲，焊接，处理（酸洗，电镀抛光等）

?Strong knowledge of mechanical and manufacturing of mechanical precision components, in different materials
