Overview
Initiate and conduct projects under general supervision with the objective of meeting project targets within the engineering principles , procedures and systems, as well as TE business focus. Be able to instruct the entry and junior level engineers.

Responsibilities
Schedule Management
Plan schedule, setting milestone in each phase. Tracking and follow tasks, coach team members to enhance the project team's capability.

Resource Management
Lead team members and related department to set the best resource arrangement. Always have enough resources in each project phase.

Budget & Cost Management
Review Budget and cost, hold tooling strategy meeting, find better resource to reduce the cost, and make judgment for tooling fabrication location and production location.

Risk Management
Can analysis schedule, resource and cost, estimate risk, pre-arrange necessary tasks to avoid it.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering
- 3+ years' experiences in Project Management
- Previous work experience in Harness, Connector or Automotive field preferred
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Good oral & written English
