Key responsibilities of the job:
Be responsible for staff's payroll & benefits calculation and adjustment.
Be responsible for all C&B related records/documents are properly filed
Be responsible for C&B transaction related data analysis and reporting
Partner to complete HRIS projects, such as SAP HR Implementation and payroll system implementation
Be involved in some programs by disseminating information regarding compensation, benefits, allowance, etc
Participate in annual planning of compensation and benefits budget
Propose and administer effective salary management process based on thorough analysis
Maintain effective communication channels with all stakeholders, such as employees, vendors
Qualifications & Special skills required:
Minimum 3 years of working experience in Compensation and Benefits functions, preferably in manufacturing environment.
Good understanding and well-versed of Labour Law, HR practices in the manufacturing industry and Industrial Relations.
Excellent data analytical skill and high levels of integrity and professionalism.
Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and expert level in Excel

Team player, high motivation, independent, well organized and result oriented.
Pleasant personality with the ability to interact with people at all levels and well organized.
Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a dynamic environment, committed and dedicated.
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
