Responsibilities
Supplier Audit
(i) Perform various supplier assessments, including quality, product compliance (RoHS/REACH), Supplier Social Responsibility, etc, as requested by BUs/Corporate functions
(ii) Perform the re-audit and/or follow up audit
(iii) Perform the supplier audit with specific qaulity improvement purpose

Supplier Development
(i) Develop and deploy the improvement projects at key suppliers to improve supplier overall performance and increase productivity
(ii) Support to organize and conduct the key supplier quality performance review
(iii) Support supplier training for TE system/requirements/initiatives

Supplier Quality Performance Improvement
In line with the global qaulity guidelines, lead, support, implement and facilitate initiatives and processes established in order to achieve regional/global supplier quality KPI by working with the SQA in TE China locations

Specific Project Support:
(i) Assisit LCC sourcing supplier development and qualification to meet BU specific quality and/or industrial requirements to achieve LCC gaols.
(ii) Support BU specific requests in critical quality issues solving

Requirements


1 Bachelor's degree in Engineering or above
2 >30 years old. At least 3 years at supplier quality in auto industry. MFG process or Process quality control experience is a plus
3 Good knowledge in quality system.
4 Solid knowledge in Machining/stamping/Extrusion
4 Experience in utilization and application of advanced quality tools (APQP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, PPAP)
5 Experience in performing and leading quality audits (process, system...)
6 Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills. Good project management skills.
7 Proficient in MS software
8 Good communication skills and good command in English
9 Strong team player with high levels of integrity, energy and enthusiasm.
10 Willing to travel up to 40% of time.
