Gather and develop market analysis, monitor and track sales performance, support daily business operations for Commercial Vehicle Sales team in China with the objectives of providing timely and accurate information for decision-making, business planning, budgeting; and facilitating internal process within Sales Manager's direction and supervision

Business Analysis
Gather market intelligence from sales team, 3rd party research company and desktop research; conduct analysis under the guidance of sales manager; deliver analysis and reports to sales team and management in order to provide timely and accurate information for decision making

Business Planning
Prepare sales analysis and forecast; allocate budgets and targets to each sales team based on Sales Manager's instructions; gather monthly sales performance and prepare monthly financial/sales analysis and reports in order to provide timely and accurate information for management's business planning, budgeting and decision making

Operation Support
Coordinate business conference and event; liaise with internal and external parties on business affaires; support sales team daily operation in order to streamline the working process

Requirements

Bachelor degree
2 years relevant experience
