Requirement:

Key tasks of the job:

Enterprise operation Asia is looking for a talented professional to join our team to analyse, develop and manage TE's vendors and sourcing on behalf of the regional team. This position will be responsible to manage areas of commodity management including, but not limited to the following:

· Manage& Support all aspects concerning the procurement and use of production and traded materials for the commodities in Enterprise Networks

· Lead efforts in preferred supplier selection and management, price and lead-time negotiations, supply base and technology roadmap development, in line with TEOA-P guidelines

· Act as a subject matter expert for assigned commodities to continuously improve overall cost effectiveness.

· Manage Asia based vendors on behalf of Global Enterprise locations, including product transfers and process improvements.

· Provide regular and timely performance reporting, monitoring & feedback, including mentoring on day to day issues.

· Aggressively lead, participate in and support the new product development and cost reduction management processes.

Requirements;

· Bachelor degree on Engineering.

· Minimum of 3 years buying experience in Manufacturing environment utilizing a computerized MRP system, High Level SAP.

· Possess substantial experience with complex Supply Chains, Project Management, Vendor evaluation and negotiation.

· Excellent negotiation & communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese
