职位描述
A highly service focussed individual to lead the Asia quality team and ensure that the quality systems, procedures and processes in all sites within the Asia Enterprise organization are in line with internal and external global requirements with the objective of achieving an effective quality management process to deliver exceptional, repeatable customer service.
AREAS OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Establish, implement, maintain and improve the ISO 9001 quality system
Methodical management to maintain and upgrade the total company's quality systems documentations such as quality manual, procedures and working instructions, develop and maintain a robust and transparent record system based on the requirement of ISO9000/TS16949 standard, IEC standard, and company requirements, set up and implement comprehensive and continuous knowledge measurement and training programs throughout the organization in order to establish a cohesive and standardized quality management system across all Enterprise locations in Asia.
Customer quality complaints handling
Effective procedures and skilled ressources are in place to collect and adress all customer complaints, set up continuous improvement operation procedures in customer quality service to make business quality transcations smooth and effective. Establish regular customer complaints summary and report to Asia management team for them to better lead/manage quality activities and achieve quality performance in order to deliver exceptional customer service.
Site Quality Management
To lead the use, review, improvement and training of existing and new quality tools to achieve excellent quality performance, ensure product quality for our customers and lead or cooperate with other departments for process optimization, standardize routine testing procedures in order to improve the yield rate and overall site efficiency.
People management
Review and provide timely feedback to direct reports regarding their performance; Mentor, develop and motivate them; and help resolve functional issues in order to achieve targeted performance;
Customer relationship
Build and maintain superior customer relationships within technical and commercial areas in order to achieve highest level of customer intimacy and ensure a competitive advantage.
Global quality process and procedure alignment
Actively contribute to set up standardized quality processes and procedures and ensure and maintain alignment with global quality standards in order to achieve a robust, transparent and efficient global quality system which ensures exceptional customer service.
New product and process development quality assurance
Establish and maintain in depth product, manufacturing & vendor process knowledge within the Quality team and establish superior expertise on quality critical design and process parameters in order to ensure that product and process development result into robust, repeatable & cost efficent designs and solutions delivering outstanding products to our customers.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in engineering or technology areas or related background.
- 8-10 year's operational quality experience.
- Proven track record of developing and leading a country or regional quality organization
- Previous experience in High Tech & Communications Industry
Strong leadership, change management and communication skills, creative, autonomous and reliable working style, excellent team player and able to work within a matix organization.
Fluent in Mandarin and English (reading and writing)
