AREAS OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Distributor Coaching and Daily supporting
Coach distributor to recognize TE behavior code and Energy channel strategy. Work with sales team to meet channel needs,such as issuing project authorization, handling cross-region selling etc.

Distributor Qualification
Review annual distributor agreement terms and conditions.

Distributor survey

Develop initiatives and processes to obtain regular feedback from channel partners on channel strategy and programs

Project Forecast Maintenance
Collect and analyze monthly rolling sales projects forecast; verify channel partner projects and understand reasons for variances; survey sales and channel partner projects execution.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

1. University degree or above
2. At least 5 years of reletive experience in sales team
3. Good unerstanding of channel partner business
4. Good oral and written communication and presentation skills (both English and Chinese)
5. Strong coordination and communication capability, strong team player, result oriented

RPN Demand Forecast Collection
Support manager to collect RPN forecast and recheck with project forecast.
