Marketing Assistant

Overview

Support and assist marketing information collection, research and analysis; implement and execute marketing activities to enhance marketing strategy; assist and help business operation.

Job Description

l Support to collect professional and effective information/data of macro economy, automotive industry trend, OEMs/components system supplier, competitor etc

l Support to analyze information of Chinese automotive market, with focus on major OEMs, components system suppliers and competitors

l Support to analyze business performance data

l Assist to prepare newsletters to provide marketing insights

l Prepare memos, meeting minutes, and reports

l Filling and recording for daily marketing activities

l Maintain marketing database

l Admin support and provide coordination support for sales team activities and meeting events

l Other projects and duties as assigned

Candidate Profile

l Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related curriculum

l 2~3 year relevant working experience. Experience in automotive industry is a plus.

l Fluent in written and oral English

l Solid skill on MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point);

l Be able to work under pressure and independently

l Good communication skills

l Hard-working and self-motivating.
