Responsibilities:
1. Assists Senior Counsel in developing HR standard policies and contracts, and in maintaining appropriate execution of such HR documents during daily operations.
2. Assists Senior Counsel in labor dispute arbitration and litigation cases.
3. Assists Senior Counsel in preparing training materials (including training PPT, on-line Q&A, legal updates etc) which will be used to train HR team and managers/supervisors on labor law and TE practice (including policies and contracts).
4. Provides day-to-day counseling to site HR where necessary.
5. Assists or participates in HR related projects where necessary.
6. Conducts ConcernLine investigations (simple cases) under supervision of Senior Counsel.

Qualifications:
1. Fluency in reading, writing and speaking Chinese and English.
2. Law degree (Bachelor and above).
3. Two to three years legal experiences, of which at least one year experiences with PRC employment law and practice. HR and/or labor and employee relations experience is desirable.
4. Smart, cautious, hard-working, good team-player.
5. Will be based in Shanghai.
