Overview
Implement contract items and monitor service provided by contractors, assisting in organizing company activities, do well in daily reception work and carry out daily administrative support with the objective of supporting business needs and meeting employees'daily office demand within TE China and Corporate guidelines and relevant local regulations.
Responsibilities
Facility Operation System
(i) set up facility operation system - Archibus for TE China sites (manufactory, HQ building and the engineering center);
(ii) Maintain local operations of Archibus by solving local user level problems and escalating system problems to other support areas for resolution.
(iii) Design, build, and run reports to extract data from Archibus for use in managing the Facilities business (iv) Enter, or assist with entry, of background data, such as equipment information.
(v) create preventive maintenance schedules for equipment and run program to generate the associated work orders.
(vi) Monitor and analyze entered data for quality and date integrity.
(viii) Well maintain system database and ensure it is safe condition.
Archive Management
(i) keep all legal document includes but not limited to: contract, agreement, blueprint, etc. (project is excluded)
(ii) remind local facility team to update document before expiry.
Space Management
(i) office space planning and management
(ii) office space allocation report update.
Requirements
> 2-3 years working with database applications with Oracle experience preferred.
> Experience providing technical support to computerized maintenance management systems or other Facilities application software.
> University degree in accounting or IT background.
> Fluent in English, communication skills and interpersonal skills, patient and circumspective
> Strong analytical skills.
> Excellent computer skills
> Fluent in English language
> Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
> Proactive, self-starter who will take initiative
